What if YouTube or TikTok went *Poof* and Disappeared One Day

How big of a hit would you take? What if TikTok was banned? How big of a loss of income would you suffer?

I’ve always had this incessant fear of creating on platforms that I DO NOT OWN or platforms where the rules can change *poof* JUST LIKE THAT! Think of YouTube and how the OVERLORD Google pawns creators to prop up its advertising business. To protect the search behemoth’s advertising business and income, the company will easily AXE anyone from the platform at any time.. Yeah, yeah,, go try some shit and you’ll see.

This happened to Tate (F*cker with a MOUTH like A PIMP) and your best love-to-hate favorite-to-talk-about American, DONALD fucking TRUMP. Question is: what makes you special that you and your little channel or account won’t see the end of the STICK?

Yeah.. so I have this weird rule to not create on other people’s or businesses’ platforms. Well, not stave myself off social media but just be very mindful of where I give my time, EFFORT, and do my work. I know you’ll say,, oh, but you earn on YouTube or even TikTok but is that sustainable enough? Let’s delve into TikTok.

There’s a good chance TikTok will go to shit in the coming weeks or months. The US government could just be like,,.. fuck it., goodbye TikTok.. Understandably so, but some users will hurt more than others.. that is,,, those who created solely on these platforms and did not build something of their own out of that… F*cking stoopid if you ask me.. Haha

Now, what you do as a creator is use your social media channel to BUILD A BUSINESS THAT YOU OWN EVERYTHING OF, including IP.. that is intellectual property, and can make decisions on. As such, my YouTube or TikTok channel could be something I USE to sell my online courses or send people to my platform, etc.

This way, if the social media platform is gone, then I’ll be left with something that no one can take away.. I’ll have used the social media site to build myself a PLATFORM, that will pay regardless of whether the social media platform exists or whether I am kicked out for calling someone a fucker or shit-talking a nitwit on there who’s got insightful views like Britney got morals… NONE!

SO, next time you create that YouTube video, TikTok, Instagram Reel,, whatever,,, ask yourself IS THIS HELPING ME BEYOND THIS PLATFORM? If this platform goes kaput, WILL MY INCOME BE IMPACTED? Will I have LOST A GODDAMN CAREER? Watch yourself, *spins deck*… before you WRECK YOURSELF!!!!
